St Peter / Balsall Common

Important Announcements:

An important message from Bishop Michael

Dear friends,

Warm greetings.

Last week I wrote to our new Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, to congratulate him and to draw attention to some particular areas of concern. I feel it is appropriate to share this letter with colleagues in Birmingham and the region. This may be particularly helpful if you are considering your own communication with the new government, in order that we can focus together on shared areas of concern. I have sent a similar letter to all the Members of Parliament who are serving our region.

With prayers and all good wishes,

Bishop Michael

It was a joy to hear about all you are doing for God's mission in Balsall Common and your desire to make the church accessible and inclusive. We would appreciate your prayers for us as a family as we prepare to move and arrange school and nursery places for our children.
